Job Description
Looking for a Production Support Engineer to provide L2 support for payments applications. This role involves incident management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of business-critical systems
Technical Skills
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Hands-on support experience with MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka troubleshooting.
- Scripting skills in Python and Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
- Dynatrace
- Elastic Stack (ELK)
- Logscale/Humio
- Experience with log analysis and performance monitoring.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and APIs.
