PRODUCTION SUPPORT (L1 L2 SUPPORT)
Job title: Production Support (L1 L2 support) (Mumbai Navi Mumbai)
Years of Experience: 1-4 years
Education Required: Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers, ITIL certified will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support
  • To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements
  • Support an DR / drill activities from an application services standpoint
  • Meeting all SLA requirements
Required Technical Skills :
  • Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++
  • Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology
