Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Supervise CNC machine shop production activities during the assigned shift to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure manpower, machines, and materials are effectively utilized for smooth production.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with process and drawing specifications.
- Minimize machine downtime by coordinating with the Maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure implementation of 5S, safety practices, and company policies on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 5 to 10 years
Industry: Engineering / Automotive
Qualification: Diploma / BE
