Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a central production management department and ensure 4 separate factory units are effectively managed
  
• Monitor and improve productivity on the shop floor by overseeing CNC production processes to ensure quality output.
  
• Plan & monitor production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Purchase, Quality) to ensure a smooth production flow.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Production Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of CNC Production, Machine Shop, and Production Planning & Control principles.
  
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
