Job Description (JD)

Position: Junior Chemist ? Production

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmaceutical production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Operate and monitor production equipment and processes according to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation accurately.
• Monitor process parameters and report any deviations to supervisors.
• Assist in raw material dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations.
• Perform line clearance and maintain cleanliness of production areas.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments during production activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production department.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of GMP and safety practices.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc. (Chemistry) from a recognized university.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Age below 26 years.
