Production Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Assemble refrigerator components such as cabinet, door, compressor, evaporator, condenser, wiring harness, insulation, shelves, and accessories.
• Perform visual inspection of parts before assembly and report defects immediately.
• Follow the standard cycle to meet daily production targets
• Support leak testing, functional testing, and rework activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S practices at the workstation.
• Report abnormalities related to machines, tools, materials, or processes to the supervisor.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tool

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience from Refrigeration Industry 3 to 6 years.
