Job Description
- STRIDE INDIA is looking for Production Assistant (Jute Mill) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Production Support:Assist in overseeing and facilitating day-to-day production activities in the jute mill
- Coordinate with production supervisors and workers to ensure smooth operations on the factory floor
- Quality Control:Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications
- Conduct quality checks and inspections on jute products or materials being produced
- Inventory Management:Assist in managing raw materials, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring adequate stock for production needs
- Support in maintaining accurate records of inventory and production data
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate machinery and equipment used in jute processing under supervision
- Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring machinery operates efficiently
- Safety and Compliance:Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Support compliance with industry regulations and standards related to production processes
- Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification can be advantageous
- Basic understanding of production processes, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in jute processing or a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to ensure product quality
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a factory environment, which may involve standing for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
