Job Title: Product Trainer BPO (International Voice Process)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 26 Years

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Product Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO environment. Candidates with Product Training experience will be preferred; however, candidates with Process Training experience will also be considered.

The candidate must have prior experience handling international customers through voice support and should possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product and process training to new hires and existing employees.
• Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations and feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training programs.
• Ensure trainees meet product knowledge and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
• Update training content in line with business and process changes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO environment.
• Product Training experience is preferred; Process Training experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience handling international voice customers is mandatory.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Willing to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.
