Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager Software Solution Sales to join our Corporate Sales team. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving exponential revenue growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation and C-suite mapping to deal closure and client retention.

Location - Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli (WFO), Chennai (WFO), Bangalore, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Pipeline Generation: Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and deep web/LinkedIn research to map potential BFSI clients.
Account Power Mapping: Identify and engage with C-suite executives, IT heads, and credit/operations leaders to understand core business pain points.
Strategic Campaigns: Design and own targeted promotional campaigns utilizing digital marketing insights (SEM, paid ads) to boost product visibility and drive inbound interest.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, coordinate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams, and craft compelling sales pitches and presentations using MS Office.
Team Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and guide junior sales team members to optimize conversion rates and foster a collaborative growth environment.
Sales Operations: Maintain rigorous sales hygiene by providing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and MIS reports for leadership review.
Continuous Learning: Complete required product training and industry certifications to stay ahead of evolving fintech trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 5+ years of core, progressive experience in B2B software solution sales or technology business development.
Domain: Proven field experience selling into the BFSI sector (Core Banking, Digital Lending, LOS, or LMS solutions is highly preferred).
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to command C-suite pitches.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with digital lead-gen models (SEM, paid ads).
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, strong team player, and adaptable to dynamic corporate travel schedules.
