Product Risk - LAP

• Formulation of risk policies and compliance to laid down operating notes for LAP & Micro LAP Product. Reviewing the policies on regular basis in line with market dynamics and business requirements.
• Monitoring portfolio triggers & suggesting actions to be taken wherever breached. Use analytics to track early warning measures and suggest corrective actions to maintain portfolio quality.
• Conducting monthly portfolio risk reviews & implementing the learning from portfolio management as policy actions
• Carry out various portfolio analytics (Root Cause Analysis, Deviation analysis, Off Us/On Us analysis, Vintage analysis) in coordination with Data Science team. Creating risk dashboard for the product for fact-based decision making.
• Analyzing Industry in length by Competition benchmarking on a periodic basis and ensuring the dynamism of Industry is being incorporated adequately in the processes and policies.
• Impart trainings to the relevant teams through Digital or classroom mode and conducting regular knowledge tests.
• Working in close co-ordination with various teams from Data Science, IT, Product, Finance, Credit, Operations, etc. for delivering on Risk KRAs
• Working with stakeholders to build internal controls thru system integrations/enhancements.
• Visiting branches/clients/DSAs on periodic basis to understand the risk associated at ground and adherence to processes.
• Usage of Technology esp. when it comes to putting BREs in place, doing the UAT from Risk perspective, ensuring data quality & data integration across various systems being used
• Ensuring on a monthly basis sanity of all offers released by Data Sciences Team and offers are in adherence to laid down norms.

Analysing delinquent cases periodically and take corrective actions wherever needed.
