Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Payments & Financial Platforms to lead
the strategy, development, and scaling of digital financial products across payments, credit
cards, merchant solutions, lending, and platform infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with
engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric, scalable,
and data-driven financial products. This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder
management, and the ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into
successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap creation,
feature prioritization, execution, and product launch.
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into
scalable product solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations teams to deliver
innovative financial products and platform capabilities.
• Drive product development across payments, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets,
lending platforms, and financial infrastructure.
• Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality
product delivery.
• Define product success metrics and leverage analytics to monitor adoption,
performance, and business impact.
• Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to continuously
improve product capabilities.
• Drive experimentation, innovation, and customer experience improvements through
iterative product enhancements.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress effectively with leadership
and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance,
or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of Product Management experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, or
Digital Financial Platforms.
• Proven experience leading products from ideation through launch and scale.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies, Scrum, and
backlog management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design,
Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage product metrics and customer
insights for decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to balance business priorities, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
