• Interviewing users accurately mapping out user personas journeys
• Designing MVPs working towards success metrics associated
• Being involved in all product design stages from concept to final hand-off
• Work across the product lifecycle from concept, execution, measurement to insights to build adoption of technology
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Playing an important role in elevating the Passionbits brand and making sure we are consistent in how we tell our story and get our points across to the audience
• Collaborating with design and engineering to define and implement
• Innovating solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Becoming an expert on independent/future of work, to stay ahead of the curve
