Job Description

Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you will be leading the product roadmap for the digital channels, primarily for Whatsapp Banking, Chatbot and Alexa Banking. An integral part of the Digital Banking team, you will drive the lifecycle of products and features on the digital channels along with monitoring and refining the user journeys for enhanced customer experience.

Product Management:

  • Deliver exceptional end-to-end implementation of conversational experiences - this includes designing the bot logic, training the Bot universe, release support and post-release analysis.
  • Recommend new use cases to the Bot and Whatsapp Messaging roadmaps and partner with internal stakeholders to launch new features. Should convert BRD/PRD to write requirements in Agile Methodology
  • Collaborate across the Digital Product team to gather requirements for conversational experiences across Whatsapp and Chatbot.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify business & market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap
  • Execute product roadmap and manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to deployment including journey flow, features, user stories etc.
  • Define use-cases for leveraging the platform for new and existing customers; create user journey and flows and closely work with UI/UX designers for wireframes/visual designs
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams - Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, Credit, Risk,
  • Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, for driving the timely launch of products/features
  • Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels
  • Good understanding of following tools: Jira, Figma, MoEngage, MS Office
  • Work experience in the Fintech industry is preferred
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with internal / external stakeholders

Education

  • MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
  • BE / B. Tech or equivalent education from Tier 1 colleges is preferred

Work Experience

  • 4-5 years of post-MBA experience
  • Prior experience of developing and managing digital business will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience of working on digital products in financial services industry will be a bonus
