Job Description

Product Manager (Vertical Lead) Role Overview
We are seeking a high-ownership Product Manager / Vertical Lead with 2+ years of experience to run a specific business line end-to-end. Unlike a traditional category manager, this role is for a "Product-Operator" who will own the entire vertical lifecycle from market sizing and opportunity identification to product feature development and operational execution. You will be responsible for the PL of your vertical, working directly with Supply and Operations teams to ensure that product features translate into high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Vertical Ownership Market Strategy: Act as the "CEO of your Vertical," owning performance and revenue growth. Analyze market size to identify new opportunities.
  • Product Development: Lead the design and launch of features across web and mobile (Android/iOS). Collaborate with Engineering to solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Operational Integration: Bridge the gap between digital features and physical delivery. Work with Supply/Ops to ensure on-the-ground execution matches the product promise.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Own the analytics for your business line. Track KPIs related to revenue, customer adoption, and pricing.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, Business Development, or a Growth-focused role.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in web/mobile analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Clevertap) and expertise in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Recruitment Process
  1. HR Round: Understanding the role and assessing fitment based on experience and interests.
  2. Analytics Round: Technical assessment of analytical abilities and advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  3. Case Study: A practical exercise to demonstrate your ability to solve business problems and plan for growth.
  4. Final Interviews: 2-3 rounds with relevant stakeholders, including the heads of Engineering and Demand, and the CEO.
