Product Manager

• We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of Farmers for Forests(F4F) digital products including operations, inventory management, and AI-based tree detection and carbon estimation systems
• The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to translate user needs into scalable and impactful technology solutions

Roles Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for F4Fdigital platforms, ensuring usability, reliability, and scalability
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from planning, requirement gathering, and design to deployment and maintenance
• Translate complex requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and product specifications
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and research teams to align product development with organizational goals and field requirements
• Manage user testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles to enhance product functionality and user experience
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data workflows across systems (eg, drone data, field data, and dashboards)
• Track key product metrics, report performance, and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven environmental, data, or operational domains
• Strong user empathy and ability to see and feel things from someone elseperspective
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, product design, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, or a related field
• A proactive and organized leader with the ability to translate complex field and technical requirements into actionable product features
