Role & responsibilities

Lead New App Initiatives: Spearhead new app initiative within the IndiaMART ecosystem. You will be the primary driver of product thinking and execution for our next-gen mobile experiences.

Own the Life Cycle: From the first wireframe to the final API call, you will own end-to-end execution. You aren't afraid to write the PRD, test the build, and analyze the logs.

Architect the AI Frontier: Own the integration of Generative AI and ML into user workflows to make discovery, communication, and transactions seamless for SMEs.

High-Intensity Problem Solving: Work within a high-velocity team where we ship fast, measure immediately, and iterate based on real market pullnot just intuition.

Bridge Scrappiness and Scale: Use your startup DNA to move fast, but leverage IndiaMARTs massive data and distribution to achieve impact that a standalone startup could only dream of.

Preferred candidate profile

The Startup Survivor: You have 2–5 years of experience, ideally having been a core member of an early-stage startup. You are comfortable with ambiguity and "uncertainty" is your natural habitat.

The Proven Builder: You have built and launched an app from scratch. You can speak at length about what went right, what broke, and the hard lessons you learned from the market.

AI-Native Thinker: You don't just see AI as a buzzword; you understand how it can fundamentally transform user journeys and business logic.

Bias for Action: You prefer a "shipped" feature over a "perfect" deck. You are hungry to build again, but this time with the backing of a real market leader.

Technical & Analytical: You are comfortable digging into the data to find the "why" behind user behavior and can hold your own in a room full of engineers.
