Working Days- Mon to Sat (1st ,3rd and 5th Saturday off)
Location – Hubtown Solaris, Andheri E
Position: Product Manager – Africa/Asia
Relevant Exp: 4–8 years in pharmaceutical marketing
Experience in international/ domestic markets
Exposure to gynecology / anti-infective / chronic therapy segments preferred
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned brands
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competition, and growth potential
Plan and execute product launches, relaunches, and lifecycle management strategies
Create promotional materials (visual aids, LBLs, digital content, literature)
Design and execute CME programs, webinars, and KOL engagement activities
Support sales teams with training, product knowledge, and objection handling tools
Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with regulatory and supply teams for product availability and compliance
Manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing activities
Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities
Drive brand awareness and prescription generation initiatives
