Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products (NPD) in the petrochemical industry, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, ensuring successful market entry through effective packaging design and engineering.
• Manage product portfolios by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze sales data and market research to optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in product management or a related field within the petrochemical industry.
• Strong understanding of NPD processes, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
• Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
