Product Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in pharma marketing, with a strong background in the specialty division.

• Develop and implement successful marketing strategies for the Ortho Portfolio.
• Prepare and execute marketing mix and plans to achieve budgeted targets and market shares.
• Support the sales head in sustaining high-volume brands and developing a strong portfolio of second-line brands.
• Explore and identify potential market segments and new frontiers.
• Liaise with the supply chain department to ensure stock availability as per billing plans.
• Train the sales force on promotional strategy, USPs, and other relevant topics.
• Interact and negotiate directly with customers through customer visits.
• Review the effectiveness of strategies, tools, and feedback from internal customers (employees, line managers, etc.), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues through phone calls, personal interactions, and meetings, while also traveling to locations to oversee marketing program implementation.
• Manage key customer development activities including CRM.
