Job Description
Key Responsibilities As a Scrum Master:
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth team functioning
- Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
- Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and key metrics
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Define and manage the product backlog
- Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog based on business value and stakeholder inputs
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams
- Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
