Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner / Product Manager with experience in one or more of the following domains: Finance, Recruitment (HR Tech), and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Create and manage product roadmaps,user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI,QA, and business teams to deliver product releases.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to improve product outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong experience in at least one of the following domains:
• Finance: Banking, Payments, Lending, Insurance, FinTech.
• Recruitment/HR Tech: ATS, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, HR Platforms.
• Healthcare: EHR/EMR, Patient Management Systems, Healthcare IT, Clinical Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience writing user stories,managing backlogs, and defining product requirements.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira,Confluence, AWS, DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to Finance, Recruitment, or Healthcare.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations,data analytics, and cloud-based applications.
• Product certifications such as CSPO,PSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe are a plus.
