Requirements
Experience of multiple, full lifecycle project implementations and ERP Product Management with experience in ERP Applications
Experience in ERP Asset Management / Supply Chain Management Areas
Prior Experience in designing Industry specific solutions in Utilities(Water/Gas/Electric) preferable
Knowledge & expertise in handling integration with CRM/ Financial Applications
Desire for self-improvement, results and growth oriented mind together with a strong work ethics
Responsibilities
Ability to perform the role of Functional Consultant on Support, Enhancements and New Implementations in Field Service Management and Asset Management KloudGin Products
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the within the organisation and with delivery partners
Design and implement best practice business solutions appropriate to the requirements, business needs and strategic direction of the organization
Taking ownership of continuous improvements / Release features / Service Packs within the ERP solution and interacting with the Business Stakeholders inside and outside communicate effectively, gather requirements, translate them to design and able to handle customer implementations
Self driven and able to enhance the product to different industry verticals by providing good functional design specification documents
Able to demonstrate the product by creating excellent presentations and videos
Able to perform a thorough functional usability testing on the product releases/ Customer implementations
Excellent communication skills and ability to bring thought leadership
Good understanding of Software development life cycle and Software test life cycle, especially in software product development environment
