About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and sharp Product Manager with strong expertise in Product Management and Solutioning. The ideal candidate will define the product vision, gather and prioritize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and solve business challenges through product solutions.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product releases and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 510 years of proven experience in Product Management or Solution Design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to B2B/B2C digital products, mobile apps, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
