We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the product and drive its success. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and customer support, to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure the platform meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and has a proven track record of delivering successful vertical SaaS products

Responsibility:

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the companys vision and business objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed decisions based on data, user feedback, and business priorities.
Collaborate closely with the development team, providing clear guidance and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality features.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure features meet customer expectations.
Analyze user data, product usage, and key metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Drive product launches and coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Serve as a product expert, providing training, support, and guidance to internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry and real estate domain.
Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Deep knowledge of the real estate industry, including property management processes and customer pain points.
Experience in managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, user-centric design, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for user experience, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful software solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate industry software is highly desirable.
