Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in Artificial Intelligesnce and Machine Learning to join our dynamic product team. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that solve real-world problems and deliver business value.
The Product Manager is expected to:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- B2B products, preferably SaaS.
- Functional owner of product development
- GTM strategy, competitor analysis, pricing strategy
- Actively participate in marketing strategy
- Tech events, conferences, lead content marketing strategy
- Works closely with developers & QA teams, sales, customer onboarding teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the AI/ML product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Translate complex customer problems into AI/ML product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, UX designers, and software developers to build and deploy AI-powered features.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, business impact, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.
- Monitor the performance of deployed models and solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in AI/ML to proactively identify opportunities for new features or products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting product progress and performance to leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI practices, and responsible AI usage in product design and development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 12 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 3 years in AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technologies (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs).
- Experience working with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in building AI-powered SaaS products or platforms.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines.
