Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Own and drive DBIN product strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and localization roadmap.
  • Identify growth opportunities across BHL, SSL, and MEX product segments.
  • Lead competitive benchmarking and define actions to strengthen market position.
  • Drive product lifecycle management, including enhancement and phase-out.

Strategic Roadmap Contribution

• Develop and define product enhancements and strategies.
  • Report product roadmap and strategic progress to senior product management.
  • Work with brand leadership to create and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for maximizing the commercial potential of the designated product portfolio.

Business Ownership & Financial Impact

• Lead development of business cases including NPV, ROI, and CAPEX for new product and localization projects.
  • Drive profitability improvement through cost optimization, localization, and pricing strategy.
  • Monitor and drive key product and business performance metrics.

Customer & Market Insight Voice of Customer (VOC)

• Champion Voice of Customer initiatives across the organization.
  • Translate market and customer insights into product requirements.
  • Engage with key customers, dealers, and channel partners to identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with testing and certification agencies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product strategy and positioning.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with global senior product managers to maintain product plan integration and ensure achievement of product objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders toward product vision, positioning, and strategic direction.

PMO Leadership & Governance

• Establish and lead the PMO governance framework across DBIN.
  • Own project prioritization, resource allocation, and gate approval processes.
  • Manage the project portfolio in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Drive on-time, on-cost, and on-quality execution of key programs.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts across departments.
  • Take ownership of successful implementation of new projects.

Program & Project Execution

• Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic projects including NPI, localization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure clear milestones, deliverables, ownership, and accountability across teams.
  • Monitor project performance and conduct regular governance reviews.
  • Drive post-launch evaluation and continuous improvement
