Product Manager- HPLC

Job Title - Product Manager- HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)

Only candidate experienced in VD industry and having HPLC Knowledge will only be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complete lifecycle of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) product portfolio from launch to commercialization.
• Hands-on knowledge of HbA1c testing, Hemoglobin Variant Analysis, and chromatography-based diagnostics.
• Develop product positioning, marketing strategies, and business growth plans for HPLC products.
• Support sales and service teams with product training, technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer discussions.
• Handle product launches, promotional activities, scientific events, and market analysis.
• Build relationships with KOLs, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, and channel partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements in the diagnostics segment.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HPLC technology, principles, and laboratory workflow.
• Experience in Product Management of HPLC platforms in pathology laboratories, diagnostic chains, or Clinical Diagnostics products.
• Understanding of reagent chemistry, calibrations, quality control, troubleshooting, and instrument performance.
• Ability to conduct Product demonstrations, customer evaluations, and scientific discussions with laboratories and clinicians.
• Knowledge of NABL laboratory standards and IVD market requirements preferred.
• Experience in preparing technical presentations, product comparison analysis, and marketing collaterals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools.

Preferred Profile- Candidates having sales experience along with good product knowledge in HPLC can also apply.
