Job Description
We are looking for a banking and payments product leader who has a passion for financial services and believe in reimagining consumer financial products. The product manager will work closely with the engineering team and founders to drive the product vision development and deliver high-quality products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- New digital payment products development management: PPI, UPI, AEPS, QR, eNACH etc.
- Champion product design and create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flow for product launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tech partners on the product development journey
- End to End product management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, process documentation, and review ensuring regulatory compliance
- Own the success of product by working closely with the go-to-market team to drive growth
What s Required
- Must have a detailed understanding of Prepaid Payment Instrument issuance guidelines.
- Understanding of PPI life cycle management basic understanding of financial reconciliation, settlement, and clearing; understanding of ESCROW accounts, wallet based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in-depth knowledge about new age payment systems like UPI, Bharat QR, AEPS, Aadhaar Pay, FASTag, eNACH, etc.
- Staying on top of the frequently changing financial ecosystem, ability to interpret guidelines and conduct/ensure implementation is a basic requirement for the role.
- Well-versed with VISA/MasterCard/Rupay, NPCI RBI regulations and frameworks.
- Knowledge of payment solutions such as NCMC, NFC or Tokenization, etc will be added advantage.
- End-to-end product management experience with mobile and web technologies.
