Product Management PMG IAQ

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) product portfolio and product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, customer need analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Develop product strategies, product roadmaps, and new product plans.
• Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and value proposition.
• Plan and execute new product launches and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for successful product deployment.
• Build strong customer relationships and gather market feedback for product improvements.
• Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, demand planning, and volume estimations.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and recommend portfolio improvements.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Prepare product presentations, training materials, and marketing collateral.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in Product Management within HVAC, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Ventilation, Air Purification, Electrical, Consumer Durables, or Building Solutions.
• Strong experience in Product Planning, Product Pricing, Product Development, and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Product Positioning, and New Product Launches.
• Good understanding of pricing strategies, business planning, demand forecasting, and profitability management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Graduate in Engineering or any relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
