Product In-Charge

Role Summary:

Responsible for selling rooftop solar systems under PMSGMBY/Subsidy segment, Hybrid systems, Lithium batteries, offgrid solar battery & Systems to residential and small commercial customers by appointing System integrators, EPCs, distributors, Direct dealers & generating leads & Closing the leads through SIS, explaining product benefits, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely order conversion and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & Annual sales targets
• Identify and meet new customers in assigned area
• Explain product features, savings & ROI to customers
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals through SI
• Follow up with PM suryaghar portal /SFDC & Utech leads till closure
• Collect payments as per agreed terms
• Coordinate with project team for installation

Requirements:

• Graduate/Btech in any discipline
• 8+ years sales experience (solar / lithium/battery /inverters products preferred)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Local language fluency + basic English & MS office /Excel knowledge
