Job Description
Your tasks
Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Oscilloscopes & its related products in different Market Segments, verticals and develop a Business plan for YoY growth
Identify industry trends & opportunities, Map the ecosystem & position our best fit solutions
Actively work with Sales team providing pre-sales support/ inputs for strategic wins, Collaborate with Product Management and R&D team globally to define local requirements and timelines
Manage New Product Launches I & oversee product life-cycle management
Engage with Marketing team to positions R&S as technology leader at various platforms
(Exhibitions,
Conference, seminars
Media)
Conduct regular Competition Analysis including benchmarking, Market share
Support AE team on critical issues, demos, trials & paid trainings
Regular Interaction with Customers, Industry peers, Associations to understand the industry, Govt
focus initiatives & directives
Ensure timely & adequate demo pool resources
Other duties or tasks assigned on needed basis
Your Qualifications
Bachelor / Master in Electronics Engineering & Communications / RF & Microwave or equivalent degree from reputed institute/university
Experience Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Test& Measurement Industry working as Application Engineer / Product expert, Excellent communication written & oral, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS office
Open to work in a time bound, result oriented schedules, Entrepreneurial mindset & positive, ownership attitude
Deep knowledge of Time domain products mainly Oscilloscopes, AWG , Probes & Signal Analysis S/w, Technical expertise on high-speed multi-access data buses, & advanced bus architectures like PCIe, NVME, USB, Ethernet ,SATA, Well conversant with protocol decoding for serial buses like I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, CXPI, and FlexRay, Willingness to travel extensively (~10 days in a month) on outstation trips
Team Player with ability to work in crossfunctional teams
Presently, this is an individual contributor’s role reporting directly to T&M Head (Indian Operations)
