Shift - 2 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents, workflows, skills, prompts, tools, and autonomous reasoning pipelines.

Build and optimize RAG systems, context retrieval layers, memory systems, and agent capabilities.

Implement AI-driven execution workflows where agents generate, validate, test, and refine software artifacts.

Create reusable prompt libraries, agent skills, evaluation datasets, and orchestration logic.

Continuously evaluate model performance, grounding quality, hallucination rates, reasoning accuracy, and operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with architects and platform teams to operationalize Agentic AI capabilities.

Enable AI-driven Bolt execution activities including implementation, testing, validation, and deployment support.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related discipline.

Strong Python programming expertise.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.

Experience developing autonomous agents, tool-using agents, planning agents, and multi-agent systems.

Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and AI governance practices.

Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms.
