Job Title: UI/UX Designer (2 - 5 Years Experience)

About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into meaningful product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, high-quality user experiences and visuals for B2B and B2C products across web and mobile
• Translate business goals and user needs into scalable design solutions
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems aligned with product and brand strategy
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Apply UX principles and creative thinking to solve complex problems and deliver engaging, delightful experiences

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong visual design skills with a refined sense of typography, color, and layout
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
• Proven experience designing for both B2B and B2C applications
• Experience working on web and mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience in creating and scaling design systems
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives effectively
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and end-to-end design thinking

Good to Have

• Experience in vibe coding and working closely with development team
• Prior experience in healthcare or health-tech products
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
