Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience across our product portfolio, spanning web and mobile. This is a high-visibility role with a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with product, technology, customer success, and sales, and may take on some people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design

• Design new and existing product features end-to-end, from understanding customer pain points to defining wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner with technology teams to take designs live

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with product, marketing, and technology teams to understand what users need and love about the product
• Use data to plan and define the optimal user experience

Design Systems

• Build design systems that create a common design language across the product portfolio in a distributed team
• Support product marketing in telling product stories that help users adopt and onboard smoothly

User Research

• Build and implement processes for user testing
• Take a data-driven approach to design decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably for a B2B or consumer SaaS product
• A track record of building products from scratch and owning design output completely
• A strong belief in data-driven decision making and experimentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design from a Tier 1 design college
