Product And Marketing Specialist

Work Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Product & Marketing Specialist to drive product promotion, market positioning, and sales support in the medical device industry. This role blends product knowledge, marketing strategy, and sales enablement to strengthen TUORens presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide application training to healthcare providers, hospital staff, and sales teams.
• Support sales teams during pre- and post-sales cycles, including training activation, handling customer complaints, and assisting in negotiations.
• Research medical device market trends and analyse competitor products (pricing, technology, specifications, distribution).
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and CME programs with agents, doctors, and KOLs.
• Manage and coordinate for product registration, importation processes, and labelling as per Indian regulations.
• Develop effective marketing tools (brochures, posters, banners, digital presentations, e-information platforms); video editing skills will be an added advantage.
• Assist in sales forecasting (monthly & yearly), planning by product/region, and internal sales coordination meetings.

Experience and other requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 0-4 years experience in product management and/or marketing in the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel for product demos, workshops, and exhibitions.

Working Hours

Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
