Job Description
1. To ensure increase in quantity and quality of milk procured in the routes allotted and educate farmers about clean milk production,
2.Cattle Feed sales as per Target asigned on every Month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Field visit daily basis and same to be updated in Saniforce
2. Educate the Farmer / TMCC / Agent on Clean Milk Production
3. TMCC Collection duty / Check Quality / Quantity
4. Educate the TMCC agent about Analyzer ussage / Cleaning importents
5. Check maintenance of cans and utensils used for storing milk
6. Check whether the milk is dropped through the filters into the can
7. Educate farmers to use the first milk from the cow for personal use only
8. Regularly seek feedback on whether the agent is paying the farmers regularly or not by talking to farmers
9. Handle local transport issues
10. Receive previous day invoice and ask agents to compare with day book
11. Identify new routes and conduct surveys on the same
12.To Focus on transport cost and maintain as per standard-0.65p per KM / Merge or increase volume to reduce transport cost
13. Ensuring maintenance of transport timings
