About the Role:

Cynet Corp is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead the company's sourcing, vendor management, purchasing, and contract administration functions. This individual will play a critical role in optimising procurement operations, reducing costs, improving supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies while supporting the rapid growth of a leading healthcare staffing organisation.

The Procurement Manager will collaborate across Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Operations, Recruiting, Credentialing, and Executive Leadership to ensure procurement decisions align with Cynet's operational and strategic objectives.

Location: Noida, India

Shift: Night shift ( EST )

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimise cost, quality, and service.
• Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships across the U.S. and India.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors across technology, marketing, HR, operations, facilities, and corporate services.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier performance reviews.
• Manage purchasing processes, purchase orders, and procurement policies.
• Partner with Finance and department leaders to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Track procurement metrics and prepare reports on spend, savings, supplier performance, and contract status.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and support cross-functional business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management experience, including hands-on procurement experience in both the United States and India.
• Strong understanding of procurement practices, vendor management, and contract negotiations in both markets.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
• Healthcare staffing or staffing industry experience is preferred.
