Key Responsibilities

Delivering support to business via e-mail and phone
Processing items in systems workflows (SAP, Ariba etc)
Supporting Procurement Administration department in routine tasks
Supporting projects (Direct Indirect procurement)
Preparing reports

Requirements:

Fluent English (written spoken)
Interest to develop in procurement or logistics area
Previous work experience (Procurement, AP, Supply Chain) or strong background of voluntary activities
Able to work in MS Office environment, especially Excel
Willingness to learn new IT systems (SAP, Ariba etc)
Team player
Good communication skills
Attention to details
