Job Overview:


The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
  • Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
  • Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
  • Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
  • Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
  • Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years experience in a management or team leadership role
  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
  • Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience in SAP, GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment
  • Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement or supply chain management experience
  • Finance, audit, compliance experience
