Procurement as a Service (PaaS) Lead

ProcMart is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Procurement as a Service (PaaS) vertical. This role focuses on delivering scalable procurement solutions, strengthening supplier networks and driving value for clients across Safety, Electrical and MRO categories.

• Design and execute category strategies that deliver measurable savings and efficiency.
• Build and manage supplier partnerships to ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless procurement solutions.
• Deliver data-driven insights and benchmarks to enhance client outcomes.
• Ensure strong client engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Promote digital procurement tools and automation for smarter operations.
• Guide and develop a high-performing procurement team.

• 7 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Expertise in Safety, Electrical, or MRO categories preferred.
• Strong understanding of PaaS models and vendor management.
• Proven ability to optimize costs and manage categories effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and digital procurement platforms.
