Procurement & Contract Management Expert

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or related field

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Procurement, Tendering, RFP Preparation, PPP and Contract Management
• Experience in Urban Development, Municipal Infrastructure or Government Projects
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement plans as per SBM-U 2.0 guidelines
• Draft RFPs, tender documents and contracts
• Manage tendering, bid evaluation and contract award processes
• Ensure procurement compliance and transparency
• Support ULBs on procurement and contract management
• Support sanitation projects including:
• Public Toilets
• Community Toilets
• Pink Toilets
• FSSM
• ODF / ODF+ / ODF++
• Water+
• Used Water Management
