Proctor ( Male Candidates Only)

We are looking for a Live Proctor to monitor online assessments and ensure a fair and smooth test experience for candidates. The ideal applicant should have excellent English communication skills, be flexible to work in rotational shifts, and be an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor candidates during online assessments through audio/video platforms.
• Ensure test guidelines are followed strictly and report any violations.
• Provide clear instructions to candidates before and during the assessment.
• Document and escalate issues or technical concerns to the support team.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends if required.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
• Prior experience in proctoring/BPO is an added advantage but not mandatory.
