Process Safety Supervisor ? Oil & Gas

• Develop and implement process safety procedures and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
• Provide training and guidance on process safety best practices to employees.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure all processes are properly designed, operated, and maintained to prevent accidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in process safety, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including OSHA PSSR and API RP55.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to mitigate risks.
• Experience with process simulation software and tools, such as HYSYS or Aspen.
