Job Description
Role & responsibilities
* Lead and manage the high purity SiO2 Crucible Process Engineering team to ensure a process stability and efficiency.
* Develop and optimize the high purity SiO2 Crucible manufacturing processes that is done using high temperature arc furnace process to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
* Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
