Hiring: Private Chef (Multi-Cuisine)
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: Up to 12 LPA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef for a distinguished family residence in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality, reputed hotels, fine dining establishments, or private households and possess expertise in preparing a wide range of cuisines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant culinary experience.
• Experience in hotels, luxury hospitality brands, fine dining restaurants, or private residences.
• Expertise in Indian cuisine (North Indian & South Indian) and Continental cuisine.
• Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, and customized meals based on family preferences.
• Strong understanding of food presentation, kitchen organization, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion while working in a private household.
• Knowledge of international cuisines, baking, or dietary-specific cooking will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.
• Plan diverse menus and introduce new dishes regularly.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, grocery planning, and food storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Cater to special dietary requirements and guest meals as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional.
• Comfortable working in a private residence environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Candidates with experience serving HNI/UHNI families, business leaders, or VIP households will be highly preferred.
