Overview

Prione Business Services Private Limited was an India-based company that provided services to Amazon India. It was a joint venture between Catamaran Ventures and Amazon. Their services included helping sellers get online and manage their accounts on the Amazon India marketplace. In August 2021, Amazon announced it would acquire Catamaran's stake in Prione, effectively ending the joint venture. As of May 2022, this acquisition was completed, and Prione ceased operations.
