Responsibilities

Define BSP architecture and boot flow
Drive board bring-up and silicon validation
Lead virtualization multi-OS integration
Oversee subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.)
Ensure system performance and KPIs
Lead safety compliance activities
Drive debugging and issue resolution
Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders

What You Need to Be Successful

Strong BSP, bootloader, kernel expertise
Deep knowledge of memory, SMMU, DMA
Experience with virtualization and multi-OS
Strong debugging experience
Automotive subsystem exposure
Boot chain (PBL/XBL, fastboot, EDL)
Memory (DMA, SMMU/IOMMU)
Diagnostics tools (QXDM, ramdump)
Firmware loading
Virtualization (virtio, VM resource allocation)
Multi-OS (QNX/Linux/Android coordination)
Full subsystem ownership (camera, audio, connectivity)
Safety / RTOS exposure
CI strategy

Bonus Points if You Have

Experience with Google AAOS certification process.
Exposure to infotainment systems and IVI architecture.
Hands-on with debugging tools and performance profilers.
Knowledge of CAN/SOME-IP integration with Android
