Principal Supply Chain Consultant

• We are seeking an experienced Principal Supply Chain Consultant with 15-20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical industries to lead enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives
• The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise across end-to-end supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, and SAP supply chain solutions while acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
• The role involves leading client discovery workshops, business process assessments, solution definition sessions, and executive stakeholder engagements to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions
• Candidates should have strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), manufacturing operations, batch management, quality management, and supply chain network design
• The consultant will collaborate closely with solution architects, data engineers, AI teams, and business leaders to define supply chain data models, mapping strategies, and technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, stakeholder management, digital supply chain modernization, AI-enabled supply chain initiatives, and operational excellence is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and client-facing consulting skills are essential.
