Principal Software Engineer

Provider of an AI platform for customer experience, operations, and compliance.
The platform offers document intelligence, voice and chat artificial intelligence, and quality assurance.
Build clean, concise APIs for customer integrations, along with the documentation Experience with Typescript or Python is mandatory.
Setup, run, scale, and maintain infrastructure Fool-proof security across the stack - encryption, hashing, privacy, VPC, etc Infrastructure as code - build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring Setup on-call processes Mentor junior engineers We are looking for a principal engineer who will help shape the tech, product, and culture of the company.
We are currently working with a bunch of enterprise customers and banks and are experiencing rapid growth.
We are looking to hire very senior engineers who can take our V1 into a more scalable, robust platform as we prepare for more growth.
