About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Leader to join the Global Total Rewards team and
drive compensation strategy, governance, and execution across a large global workforce. This
role will play a critical part in supporting compensation programs for approximately 40,000
employees globally, including a significant U.S. employee population of 30,000+.
The role requires deep expertise in compensation design, pay architecture, market
competitiveness, incentive programs, salary planning, and compensation governance, with a
preference for candidates who have experience supporting U.S. compensation programs and
immigration relation frameworks within large multinational organizations.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Unit Compensation & Benefits Leads, HR
leadership to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, scalable, compliant, and
aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Design
Support the development and execution of global compensation strategies aligned with
organizational growth objectives.
Design, review, and enhance compensation frameworks, salary structures, and pay
architecture across employee groups.
Drive initiatives related to compensation modernization, and rewards effectiveness.
Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. compensation practices, structures, and market
dynamics.
Compensation Analytics & Modeling
Lead compensation modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop business cases and recommendations related to compensation investments, pay
competitiveness, and workforce costs.
Analyze compensation data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for
optimization.
Build executive-ready reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership decisionmaking.
Salary Planning & Market Benchmarking
Lead annual salary review, budgeting, and compensation planning processes.
Manage market benchmarking activities using leading compensation surveys and external
market intelligence.
Provide recommendations on salary positioning, pay ranges, job leveling, and
compensation competitiveness.
Support compensation-related due diligence for business growth initiatives.
Incentive Design & Governance
Design, evaluate, and administer short-term and variable pay programs.
Partner with business leaders to ensure incentive programs drive desired business
outcomes and employee behaviors.
Establish robust compensation governance frameworks and approval processes.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of upto 5 compensation professionals.
Drive operational excellence, capability building, and continuous improvement within the
compensation function.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
15 20 years of progressive HR experience with significant specialization in
Compensation and Total Rewards.
Strong experience in large multinational organizations, preferably within IT Services,
Technology, Consulting, or Global Capability Centers.
Experience managing compensation programs across multiple geographies, including US.
Prior people leadership experience managing compensation teams is required.
